NOTE: On November 3, 2024 the first email was sent out notifying tour availability. As of November 14th, the tour is now booked full, and we are now developing a waiting list in the event of cancellations.
We are looking forward to our tour of the North American Branch in 2025!
We have set the tour dates for August 23 – 31, 2025.
We plan on including the following with our tour package:
Cost per person for the tour package
2 persons per room - $1,175 per person
3 persons per room - $1,040 per person
4 persons per room - $960 per person
The tour details are confirmed, and when signing up a deposit of $100 per person will be required to reserve a seat on the tour. Funds can be sent electronically with PayPal or Zelle. (I will provide my PayPal and Zelle ID when you wish to pay electronically.) If you need to pay by check or other means please contact me for further information. Also, please feel free to email me at rtjurgens@sbcglobal.net for any other information you may need or wish to know.
Our itinerary will be very similar to our tours in previous years. We will have one branch tour each day, and we will visit all three tour locations.
We will also plan to have a boat tour that will take us around the Manhattan Island, and we will do our best to schedule an Oasis Bible tour at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
I will send out emails to our tour mail email group when the tour is ready for booking. If you do not get an email or are not on the email list, please feel free to contact us at rtjurgens@sbcglobal.net and we will send you the information.
We are looking forward to hearing from anyone interested in a Branch tour this upcoming August, 2025!
Please give us a call with your thoughts and let us know of your interest.
NOTE: Considering what we have gone through with the pandemic, it is good to consider how all of us will proceed (healthwise) with a gathering such as this Bethel Branch Tour. We can easily have up to 52 people in close proximity in a coach bus. Will that affect any of the guidelines we shall implement for the tours? Perhaps it will, but we will pattern any steps taken after observing how the governing body implements guidelines for the tours. The branch has clearly indicated in our instructions that if anyone is suffering from cold or flu-like symptoms, they should not take any of the tours.
We have also been advised to be especially conscious of our safety and security if we visit Times Square for shopping and sightseeing. With the large influx of undocumented people, there seems to have been an increase in the need to be cautious during any visits.
Please check back on this page occasionally to see if there are any updates to the arrangements.
