ANNOUNCEMENT:

Starting November 1, 2024, we will begin implementing the use of electronic payments using PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp. Please note that if there are any electronic transfer charges incurred with any payment method by your provider, the cost of the transfer will be added to the tour amount due. (Generally, payment charges are around 3%). With some electronic payment methods, you should choose "Payment to Friends & Family" to get no charge transfers.

JURGENS TOURS LLC cannot be held responsible for events that occur outside of its control that may result in delay or cancellation of tour events. If desired, it will be the responsibility of each passenger to obtain Travel Trip insurance in the event an accident, medical event, or any other emergency that may occur that forces a cancellation of your tour after the final due date for each tour.

The Oasis Bible Tour, "The Woman and her Offspring" or "Integrity", are included in the tour package when available. (Only one tour can be chosen, there is no option to do both tours.)

The Circle Line "Best of NYC" boat cruise will also be included in the tour package when available.

For all of our tours, our schedule MAY allow those invited to share a meal at any of the three branch facilities on the tour date of each facility. If you are invited by a Bethel family member, please contact me for the dates that we will visit each facility. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on tour events, it may not be possible on some occasions to share lunch with the bethel family if invited.

In past tours we have stayed at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites, 265 Route 3 East, Clifton, NJ. 07014. NOTE: In the event the La Quinta Clifton cannot accommodate us, another hotel will be chosen.

Please Note: Those who know in advance that you will need increased assistance, such as a wheelchair or walker, must arrange to have a family member, friend, or traveling companion who will take responsibility for providing your assistance during the trip.

If you are already signed up for the tour and decide that you will need a wheelchair, you will need to make arrangements for a family member, friend, or traveling companion who will take responsibility for providing your assistance during the tours.

For individuals who have food allergies: It will be your responsibility to determine the safety of food choices in your case when arriving at each restaurant. With the number of different allergies we have encountered, it is extremely difficult to keep track of them all or to insure each food vendor complies with any requests made.

Individuals with serious medical conditions MUST inform me of the condition being treated when signing up for the tour. Jurgens Tours LLC reserved the right to restrict individuals if it is determined that the limitation will interfere with any of the tour events. If a guest has a medical condition requiring medical prescriptions, those prescriptions MUST be carried with them at all times. NOTE: I reserve the right to determine if a person will be allowed to attend a tour if there are physical or medical limitations that would affect the group as a whole. With the amount of activity that occurs on these tours, Jurgens Tours LLC reserves the right to exclude those with certain medical limitations to attend. Jurgens Tours LLC can not be held liable for issues arising from medical conditions encountered by tour guests.

Each case is different, and we will apply the "law of the Christ" and do everything we can to assist everyone. And because each case is different, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to confidentially answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Please keep in mind that EVERYONE on the trip, including those Brothers and Sisters who may assist those with special needs, may have plans during various parts of the tour and it would be loving to allow them the freedom to enjoy themselves to the full extent that is possible.
